Element Shops: My Dogeared New Pottery Barn Catalog

I hate it when the mail comes and there are no good new magazine issues to pour through- yesterday was one of those days. All I got, besides bills I plan to pretend don’t exist, was another PB catalog. So while sketching a floor plan and drinking wine (showcasing my excellent multi-tasking abilities) I took a peek. Once I got to the end I noticed I had turned town almost every other page! They knocked this next season out of the park!
Let’s make a wish list, shall we?

This room- to die for. The gorgeous table, great large floral rug, fabulous lantern fixture and bowls of kumquats… yes please.

A fantastically detailed filing cabinet with antique-inspired hardware.

Bold green side table and chest to punch things up a bit.

Love the center pillow- reminds me of this KWID fabric. The tall patterned ceramic vessel is awesome too.

Industrial chic side table. Adding “rougher” elements, such as untreated chunky wood or metals creates texture and a sense of unexpected edginess in a room.

This warm grey table made me yelp with joy. The color, the chunky shape… * heart*

I saw this table and thought it was lovely for a dining table. Then I realized that it has sides that lift up to reveal storage AND outlets for plugging in items- the world’s COOLEST conference table! Once I have office space, this is MINE.

Love the Tuscan/ Indian inspired bedding here.

Chic. Sleek. Fabulous.

This bench looks SO similar to this Oly bench I love.

A sunny Ikat wing chair. Use a pair as end chairs at a dining table with more simple white sleek chairs.

Fabulous industrial stools that I would put around the above conference table.

A new array of great pillows!

A neutral Missoni-esque rug- this would look great in ANY space.

The pillow to the left reminds me of Orla Kiely, to the right a version of these pricier pillows. Imitation IS the sincerest form of flattery.

LOVING the brown ikat stripe pillow paired with orange, very Hermes. The eggplant ikat pillow to the right is simply delish.

GREAT classic bedding. I’m big on Greek Key accents right now.

This lamp is so glamorous and looks so much more expensive than it really is!

These large architect style lamps are perfect for beside a club chair for reading- and the finishes are lovely.

This lamp is inspired by industrial Hollywood production lighting. I think it’s so unique!

They call this the Edison lamp. Talk about a total departure from typical PB style! FANTASTIC!

I will never, ever tire of sunburst mirrors and this one is my new favorite!

For a long narrow wall, this stacked books graphic print would be whimsical AND crisply modern.

I want this linen covered pin board. I want it three times over.

I love this wall color and the frame styling. Perfection.

  2. Oh, you beat me to it! I was going to do a post about how much I love the new PB stuff. It looks like we dog-eared a lot of the same pages. :) Great stuff!

  3. Fell asleep last night dogearing my pages. So excited and surprised that I found so much that I like.

  4. I just devoured the PB catalog too, and fell in love with that cocoa brown wall color! Also loved all of the new prints, pillows, and punches of green.

  5. Pottery Barn must have picked up a few new designers because I see they have been improving especially since the Spring season. I heart Pottery Barn and your blog too.

  6. Thank you for saving me the time of cruising through the PB catalog that has been collecting dust on my counter. Your picks are perfect!
