  1. I think your husband has found his calling – he’s a wonderful writer – able to tell the story of a complete stranger, and make (me) the reader FEEL it as if it were my own.
    Thank you for sharing.

  2. I live in the Dallas neighborhood where Lindsey lived. The nearby park is dedicated to her. Every young mom is the area followed this heartbreaking story.

  3. Wow….one of my friends from college had her father die unexpectedly this past week, and it’s been kind of rough on me…I keep waking up in the middle of the night with nightmares :(

I must need to have a good cry, or something.

  4. I am sitting at my desk crying right now. I have had to let 2 calls go to voicemail because I just can’t talk to anyone after reading this. Andrew’s expression of emotion is amazing. Wow. Just wow.

  5. This story and the awful Natasha Richardson story today just remind you how fleeting it all can be…

  6. oh, that was beautifully written, and I pfficially started the work day with some tears in my cube.

  7. OMG…I was totally boo hooing and I have heard all about Lindsey from you and Andrew. Really lovely post…
