Client Chair Makeover

I got the “after” pictures from my client in my inbox this morning and I am SO excited with how these antique lovelies came out!!! This project is BANANAS, people…can’t wait to show it to you.

After: Some white paint and a great Thom Filicia for Kravet fabric and they’ve taken on a whole new look!

  1. These are beautiful! What type of paint was used on the chairs? I had an interesting time painting my dining table white this summer!

  2. Outstanding!!!! A fresh infusion of modern to those antique chairs! I have been working on a post about faux bois and had spotted the Tom Filicia fabric. I would love to link up this transformation, would that be OK?

  3. Wow – Gorgeous!! Having never attempted such a re-furb project before, how much should it cost (ballpark estimate) to complete a project like this, assuming you already had the chairs? Thanks so much for your input!!

    Cheers!

  4. oh dear…I prefered the BEFORE picture so much more. So very over this trend to paint timber furniture. Sorry. Love the light fittings though. Especially the hammered gold trio hung in the kitchen.
PS really enjoy your blog and wish you every success with your resolutions this year. You sounds like one brave chick. Cheers to you.
