New Find: Olive & Cocoa

I was at my parent’s house last weekend and happened upon a catalog I actually do not get (I really thought I got ALL the catalogs, including the make-you-feel-crappy baby stuff catalogs and the make me laugh retirement home catalog that came for Andrew a few weeks ago). Anywhoo, Olive & Cocoa is such a fresh little selection of unique floral arrangements and gifts. Sending flowers to people in other cities from florists you don’t know of is always iffy (“I said NO BABY’S BREATH, did you hear me?”) but sending a bohemian/rustic beauty from this site would be certain to impress! I love the wooden vessels and natural beauty of the unique blooms.

I LOVE this simple trough of moss and votives- an amazing idea for a wedding centerpiece down a long table!

Sweet little vases- in a serpentine row or place card holders.

I think I need these gold interior nightstand bowls for jewelry (no more searching for missing earrings under the bed). The turquoise votives are gorgeous too.

I don’t usually like sending food gift baskets, but these are so chic and adorable (again with the wooden boxes- such a small thing with big impact!)

  1. Pretty much obsessed with all of these – my favorites are your favorites: the gold interior nightstand bowls and the votives nestled in the moss boxes. So pretty!

  2. I love the his and hers gold interior nightstand bowls. Might have to splurge on them… even though I don’t have a his for the set yet!

I also requested an Olive and Cocoa catelog!

  3. Erin, I received flowers from this Co. when my Mom passed away last year…it was new to me too. What a stylish way to send a thought. I wanted to write to you after your post yesterday, but the number of comments was crazy…. :) Just know another reader is thinking of you and as always amazed at your talent, poise, humor, and insight. Keep on truck’n, the road ahead is paved with the gravel of our experiences! ~Jennifer

  4. I am so tired of explaining what “an all white arrangement with no filler” (and the like) means to florists in other states. What darling little boxes! This will be bookmarked for future mother and mother in law birthdays and mothers days…

  5. These are so sweet. You are right whenever you google for a florist in a certain city all the adverts for main chains arrive. I am bookmarking this site. I love the idea of the lollies at the end.

  6. beautiful floral arrangements..how wonderful would it be to receive one of these when you least expect it!! have a lovely day, erin..xx meenal

  7. Yes I love Olive and Cocoa too! My Bestie got the sweetest little hand blown champagne flutes from there at one of her wedding showers packed in the same wooden crate :).
