Tilton Fenwick @ Hamptons Showhouse

I met the Tilton Fenwick girls at this years Blogfest in NYC and they are such sweet people!  I was excited to see that they were doing a room for the Hamptons Designer Showhouse this summer and LOVE the results, thanks to a sneak peek on Nest blog. Such inventive pairings of fabrics and use of textures in this space- plus a adore all the artwork! I’ll be out in the Hamptons for a couple days in August with a client and I think we might have to go see this in person!

Love the ostrich textured table!

The chairs upholstered in the stripe with the floral fabric running down the center is GENIUS- not to mention the banding on those drapes!

Love this Phillip Jeffries grasscloth with the raised rivets- i pulled it a couple weeks ago at our local showroom because I thought it was so cool- seeing it installed makes it all the better!

Love the tortoise coffee table- such a summery, natural pattern.

  1. In the top image is that an Eric Cahan behind the 2 lamps? I also noticed the painting to the left, looks like Michelle Armas! First 2 things I noticed!

  2. Great pieces, but it seems like there is too much going on. My eye doesn’t know where to look.

  3. Beautiful. I wish I was still going to be here in August. If you are out on a Friday night – be sure to stop by the Wolffer wine stand for Sunset Friday. It’s right on 27 in Sagaponack. Sit on a picnic blanket and listen to live music overlooking the vineyard until the sun goes down!

  4. We are SO honored to be featured on your blog! We have been fans for years! Glad you like it and funny coincidence re: Eric Cahan. James Sansum Fine and Decorative Art loaned us the piece – it is even more amazing in person! Hope to see you in August! Suysel and Anne

  5. I absolutely LOVE the room! Huge fan of Tilton Fenwick, their work is extraordinary and the designers are beautiful people on the inside and out!!

  6. I am so excited to see this sneak peak as I am unable to attend this weekend. What a beautiful post of a gorgeous room! Thank you for sharing. Love seeing that our Oscar de la Renta cocktail table found such a good home.

  7. TF has done it again! Surprising use of textures, colors, and patterns. So confident in their designs and inspires a non-designer like myself to have fun with a room! This family room does not sacrifice style for function-I love it!

  8. OMG this room is a stunner! Look at those poufs! And the tufted seating is just beautiful. This looks like such a well thought out space.

  9. Such a small world…I went to high school with Anne Maxwell Fostor. I emailed her when I saw this. She’s been following your blog for quite a while!! Just thought I’d mention it…

    Hope all is great!

  10. Die for that chair with the fabric band down the middle! Love their style. Thanks for sharing their room. I need to get to the Hamptons asap!
