EOS + Rue La La Preview: Lekker Home

Ahhhh, this is one of the reasons I love my neighborhood. The charming, comforting Lekker Home on the corner of my street.  I was introduced to this home store while working many years ago for another designer in this same area.  Pulling items for clients and photoshoots, I got to know the delightful owner Natalie and her charming, soothing shop.  Full of unique items for the home you won’t find in big box stores, this place makes you want to be organized, natural and artistic beyond belief! And the best thing? They have great online shopping that will ship to you even if you aren’t lucky enough to live here! :)

So as the clock ticks down to the awesome discounted gift card offer for Lekker on Rue Boston I wanted to show you my personal faves from their shop- it’s a long list!

This nailhead trimmed petite chair is so perfect for a bedroom corner and this wood framed and cream leather chair is really a piece of art. It’s in their window now and I admire it every day when walking Bax and Ollie!

They represent the John Derian furniture line and his field bench shown here is my current favorite end of bed bench! I also am loving this loose, light sofa from Marie’s Corner.

This walnut dining table is the first thing I will buy once I figure out where the heck I’m living. Simple, natural and the perfect backdrop to fun chairs (traditional or modern).  And this teak and metal coffee table is one of my favorite designs to make a living area feel more casual without being clunky.

I am back on the bedding hunt and this linen ombre duvet looks SO luscious! Ditto for one of my fave Dwell duvets in Draper Stripe!

Ok, I’ve been lusting after one of these striped blankets forEVAH! They come in pale blue, navy and orange and are perfection! The subtle geometric weave of the other blanket is fantastic too!

Ethereal, handcrafted table lamps in a choice of finishes at a great price point.

A wide array of John Derian plates! I love gifting the “Beautiful” one to friends for their bathrooms or dressers to remind them that they are!

A lovely, natural bathroom with this amazing organic, flax towels and one of my favorite counter top soaps that has no need for a fancy dispenser!

I just bought one of these Lafco candles that are designated for certain rooms. Be a rebel and put the Bathroom candle in your bedroom! :)

Dinnerware selection is spectacular here- from the Australian Mud line to Royal Copenhagen (obsessed).

A bit of gold in some outrageously cool flatware (I die) and I seriously love this gold chicken cookie jar. Must be mine!

OK, clearly I need to buy some of these gift certificates because I also NEED these champagne glasses. So retro, yet so modern! And how about these adorable patterned drinking glasses???

Some flair for the kitchen in striped tea towels and the coolest knife storage block ever. You have to play with it to appreciate it’s coolness. Trust me. Andrew is enamored with it.

And could trivets and bar tools be any more fabulous than when done in brushed brass and in these fabulous shapes??? I think not. That trivet is the hotness.

See what I mean, y’all? So much good stuff and I can’t wait to be able to offer you such a good deal on a gift card starting TOMORROW and running through Saturday!!!! Check back on Rue La La and select the local Boston shop!

  1. Wow! So many things to love here! The Mud dinnerware has been on my list for-EVAH! And that gold flatware is really beautiful too! Have you touched that gray and white blanket? Is it soft or wooly? I think some of these things are going on my Christmas list.

  2. Been to Holland a few times and recognized the word Lekker :)
