Fashion Friday: Moroccan Tile Inspired

Yesterday at the Design Center I took some time to admire the new Moroccan tile inspired wallpaper in the F. Schumacher showroom.  I tend to be drawn toward anything influenced by the intriguing country and so I thought about making a cute, casual summer outfit that has the same feeling and pattern as this paper and the tile it’s designed after…

As uncomfortable as I am in shorts typically, I might have to get this whole ensemble!

  1. good grief, if you’re uncomfortable in shorts, those are probably not the ones to start out with! whole lotta leg… but I suppose if you’ve got it, flaunt it! Love that kitchen!

  2. Love shorts with cool patterns/bright colors these days! Definitely need to grab a few pairs… you know, after some extreme lunge workouts

  3. I am in love with Moroccan tiles. Yesterday I blogged about a Danish tile manufacturer and I was literally enchanted when I checked their portfolio. Conclusion: I need more tiles in my life! Happy weekend!

  4. Wallpaper?! Oh my goodness. I don’t think Dave would ever go for an entire wall in it, but maybe a closet or a small hallway? Obsessed.

  5. Since you are so in love with Morocco (and who isn’t?), do check out our Moroccan inspired prints some time. Those shorts are crazy, but its the sandals I love the best!

  6. What a roundup! I do love the necklace! Shameless plug here, but we have some Moroccan tile wallpaper designs at our store as well. *LOVE*
