PBKids Perfection!

Pottery Barn Kids has been KILLING IT lately- and the most recent catalog I got was no exception. It makes me so excited to do a big boy room for Henry some day (or a little girls room- although right now while deep in the 4 month sleep regression stage I wonder why ANYONE has a second kid). I digress- this stuff is so good, and a lot of it could easily be used in room for people of any age!

Especially lovely is the Monique Lhuillier Collection– like this incredible canopy bed. It’s such girly perfection!!!

DYING over this elephant dresser!!!

I’d use this rattan mirror in a beach house for sure!

How badass is this acrylic crib?  You can be one step closer to being Beyonce with this bad boy (she used an alla crylic crib for Blue Ivy, just sayin’)

I love me a good mini bench and elephant side table :)

Another example of a piece that can work in a grown up bedroom or a nursery is this rug!

or this rug. Or this rug. :)

The airplane mobile is just darling as are these tassel baskets.

Adore this simple navy duvet and sham set that reverses to a great blue splatter print and this modern seagull mobile.

This nautical navy and limed oak dresser is great for boys.

This beachy art collection is great as a grouping or individually (maybe one in a powder room even?)

This palm print bedding collection comes in blue and pink too and is SO adorable.

These french pleat linen panels are a great buy!

Another stunning daybed option!

These swing arm sconces are great by beds and this wood cage pendant gives a modern kick to a nursery or would be cool over a small tulip style dining table.

This peacock mirror would work in a grown up bedroom too!

This diaper bag looks cool enough to just be a purse for anyone.

This Monique Lhuillier dollhouse would be a dream for any little lady!

  1. My kids were going bonkers over the paper airplane display in the catalog with the mobile and the plane installation on the wall. (A result of having just watched the indie movie Paper Planes) I think we found ourselves a spring break project!

  2. Amazing post! Temptations for grown-up rooms for sure. One note: navy can function well in girls’ rooms and boys can play with dollhouses!

  3. Geez you really can’t escape the PC police anywhere these days, huh? Thanks for sharing all the pretties!

  4. As a Grammy of four, agreeee whole heartedly..boys like dollhouses and navy works great for girls.

  5. Really good stuff! We are redoing our tween’s bedroom and have found more great stuff from RH Baby & Child, RH Teen, and Caitlin Wilson is great for pillows and fabrics! Also found a trundle daybed from Ballard Designs that is very similar to the one pictured and was quite reasonably priced. With Ballard, you can also buy the upholstery fabric by the yard, which makes it easy to do window treatments in the same fabric as the daybed. I have pretty much shopped for the bedroom redo online, which has been super easy and convenient.

I had been buying Circa Lighting products for my home but stopped into a new Rejuvenation store in my area recently and found that their products look just as nice and are MUCH more reasonably priced. Picked up a pair of antique brass finish sconces for above the tween’s daybed for $120 each. The ones I was looking at on Circa where more like $450 each!

  6. Erin,

Beautiful post. I wanted to get your thoughts on PB rugs. I have had one for 14 years and it still looks great. Do you buy from PB for clients for their main living areas? If not, what stores do you like to shop for rugs that aren’t $10,000 plus. Ha! Thanks again for all the design inspiration!
