I haven’t done one of these posts in a while, but when Nordstrom reached out about partnering on a spring trends post, I thought it would be the perfect time to finally bring this kind of post back! I went through some interiors trends and coordinated them with great items from Nordstrom that echo the sentiment- proof positive that fashion and interiors are linked arm in arm!

Admittedly, I have not had time lately to peruse Pinterest that much for inspiration. We’ve been so busy that taking time to just observe has been a luxury. Last night I did however, and ended up down a rabbit hole of inspiration and landed squarely on Tim Barber’s portfolio and could not believe how many inspirational spaces I found on his site. His clear respect for the beauty and detail of old homes mixed with interiors by some of the best names in California interior design makes for a totally overwhelmingly gorgeous grouping of work! Florals are ALLLLLLLL the rage right now (I’d say this extends to interiors too, actually!) From Gucci to Gap, floral prints are an essential for spring. (I know, I know–“Florals for spring? Groundbreaking.”) Here’s a roundup of some floral items I think are pretty fun and fab. I like my floral prints with a heavy dose of black usually, to keep them from feeling too 80’s Laura Ashley.
